Data you send us: when you message us on WhatsApp, write to us by email or call us, we receive the data you choose to give us (for example name, phone, email and trip details). The website has no forms and does not collect or store this data.

Browsing data: the servers hosting the website record technical data, such as IP address, date and time and the page requested, to keep the website secure and working. We do not use this data to profile you.

To reply to your quote and booking requests and to provide the transport service (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, pre-contractual measures and contract), and to comply with legal obligations, for example tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

For as long as necessary to handle your request. If the service is booked, the data needed for invoicing is kept for the periods required by tax law.

Your data is not made public. It may be processed by the suppliers that help us run the service, for example email and website hosting (Vercel Inc.), who act as data processors and, if they process data outside the European Union, do so with the safeguards required by the Regulation. If you message us on WhatsApp, the message is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group) under its own terms and privacy policy.

The website does not use profiling cookies, analytics tools or third-party services that track you. Fonts and images are served by the website itself. This is why we do not ask for your consent to cookies.

At any time, you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to its processing or receive it in a machine-readable format (Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation), by writing to info@gardataxi.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian data protection authority, garanteprivacy.it).
